- 34 year old female. Work as an ER nurse and a Sexual Assault Forensic Nurse. I have been married for 5 years. This is my second marriage. I have 3 sons from my first marriage. My husband and I are looking forward to adding one more to the group. Can I order a girl, maybe? I had gastric bypass surgery one year ago and a tubal ligation after the birth of my last son...so it makes this a little tricky. IVF is the way we chose.

just wanted to comment to let you know that I am here cheering you on!!! I had Gastric Bypass almost 7 years ago, and ended up having to do IVF, our second cycle worked, and I am currently 34 weeks pregnant. So hang in there!!!
